Royal Holiday Hanoi Hotel

We stayed here on the first two nights of our trip and liked it so much we came back again for a night at the end. The staff are super kind and helpful- they even kept our bags for 4 days at no charge while we did the Ha Giang Loop (stored in a safe luggage room, unlike some hotels where it's just tucked against a wall in reception). The location is fantastic and the room was very comfortable. We were also very touched by the staff's effort to surprise for our anniversary celebration (with rose petals, swan decorations and a delicious cake- I wrote about them in my previous review but don't think the pictures were attached so I'm including them here!) Many thanks for a lovely stay!

The staff were really helpful with organising tours and any other queries we had. Also the location was fantastic.

Stayed for almost a week and the experience was really pleasant. The staff were all very helpful and approachable. They helped us booked the transport to sapa and cao bang. As most of the locals do not speak English, the staff took steps to print and translate the impt points to note, ensuring that we are able to get safely to our next destination and back. The location was very convenient as well, being very near to the night Market and food stalls/restaurant. Highly recommend!

Fantastic location, around the corner from the lake and within the walking area for the weekend but on a quiet little soi. Staff were exceptional. Really helpful and so knowledgeable and friendly. Rooms were beautiful and comfy. Two excursions organised for us, ha long Bay overnight and nimh Binh area. Amazing..and of course airport runs.. Thankyou, for an amazing end to a fantastic holiday in Vietnam... Best wishes with the baby.xx
